This is about so much more than myself. You are my neighbors, friends, and family. The success of your students and family is the collective success of the community. I believe in us--and I believe in our collective power to tackle the issues ahead of us. These are my roots and the community that made me--I’m investing right back.
I attended John W. Runyon and Edward Titche Elementary Schools. For middle school and high school, I enrolled at Irma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School, where excellent teachers, plentiful opportunities, and a strong principal changed my life. I believe in the potential of every single student. Let’s provide the means for them to carry it out.
